Tracy handles all aspects of company production operations, from a project's conception to its final presentation to the client. Tracy ensures that deadlines are met and projects are delivered adhering to the highest quality standards. Prior to joining (add)ventures in 1999, Tracy owned her own digital imagery business where she worked with designers and photographers to improve and digitally enhance photographs. She started her business after gaining more than 10 years experience with a leading offset printing and mailing service company – United Printing - in Rhode Island. It was there that she started as a graphic artist and then managed the entire prepress department, overseeing the system for digital imagery and color correction. As a prepress manager, she was at the forefront of new digital imagery technologies that, today, have revolutionized the digital imagery, production and design industries. Tracy earned her degree in photography from the Rhode Island School of Photography. She is also a 2004 graduate of Leadership Rhode Island.
