Why we are passionate about Providence, RI

On behalf of the Rhode Island Economic Development Corporation (RIEDC), (add)ventures will premiere an inspiring economic development video and campaign entitled "Knowledge Providence" tonight. With the opportunity to debut it in front of more than 1,000 local business leaders at the Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner, we had to work fast to hit deadlines. That meant shooting over 70 locations in 48 hours with threatening rainstorms making that tall order even more difficult. (add)ventures also helped RIEDC build strategic and creative consensus among top government, business and education leaders in record time. Not only did they embrace a shared vision for a better future, they opened doors to even our most secure institutions and corporations to make this production happen in time.  

I have never been more optimistic about Rhode Island's future because I have seen how this current class of government, business and education leaders can put individual agendas aside to do what's best for our State - even with a near impossible deadline. Thank you all.
