(add)ventures, a multidisciplinary brand communications firm, announces Graham Lubie as the new director, interactive/technology. Lubie will provide additional expertise to (add)ventures’ extensive portfolio of interactive work. With his more than 15 years of technology development and marketing experience, Lubie will also play an integral role in the ongoing expansion of (add)ventures’ product and service offerings.

Prior to joining (add)ventures, Lubie was a consultant with Accenture, a leading global management consulting firm. While there, he worked with Fortune 1000 companies on technology implementation and process improvement projects. He went on to co-found Celarix, a collaborative software company in Cambridge, Mass. that was an innovator in the logistics space and one of the first providers of Software-as-a-Service in the industry. As a senior executive, Lubie was responsible for implementing an organizational growth strategy, while also overseeing product management and business development. Celarix has since been acquired by GSX. Most recently, Lubie was vice president of marketing and professional services at InQuest Technologies in Providence. While there, he oversaw the marketing services group and managed international teams focused on new product launches, marketing and service delivery to clients. While an executive at InQuest, the company experienced rapid growth, bringing technology solutions to leading organizations across multiple industries, including retail, telecommunications and utilities.

Lubie is a graduate of Emory University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, and he holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where he focused on marketing and strategy.
