There’s a friendly new face in (add)ventureland. Ashley Barge of Cranston is one of the first people to greet you in our new corporate headquarters. (add)ventures is also pleased to announce the well-deserved promotions of two team members, Andrea Reed, vp of marketing/branding and Erin Henneous, director, design/quality.
Ashley Barge is the agency’s new concierge/designer, ensuring guests have a great experience at (add)ventures. She will also flex her artistic muscle bydoing design work for our company. Barge graduated from Rhode Island College with a degree in communications. A former member of Americorps' International Gallery for heritage and culture, she taught art at various after-school locations, such as City Arts.
Andrea Reed, who joined (add)ventures more than four years ago, is now vice president, marketing/branding. Andrea concentrates on enhancing client relations and strategic marketing and branding. She plays a key role in advising client partners on marketing strategies with a specialized focus on professional recruitment and brand management. Her marketing objectives are designed to achieve brand loyalty through stakeholder communication campaigns and to support the (add)ventures BrandFactors™ approach - to combine the emotional connection of branding with user experience principles of human factors engineering to inform, inspire, recruit and retain brand stakeholders.
Erin Henneous, a long time (add)venturist, has been promoted to director, design/quality. As a key member of the design/quality team, Erin works with client partners to create visual concepts, and later develops the concepts into a functional design. She also ensures that the production of each project remains organized, and that our client partners only receive the highest quality designs and service.
