Employee Communications Program
Marriott International has thousands of properties and over a dozen brands worldwide. As new properties were added to the Renaissance Hotel and Resorts portfolio, Marriott International needed to inform its employees about the new hotels.
To effectively reach the entire organization, we designed and implemented a series of paycheck inserts distributed to more than 34,000 Marriott International associates. The campaign highlighted the Renaissance Newark Airport Hotel, Hotel 57 in New York City, The Blackstone in Chicago and the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel. The campaign informed employees of the amenities of each property, and highlighted special “Friends and Family” rates.
