Internal Branding Campaign

Challenge: 

Abbott Laboratories, a Fortune 100 health care and pharmaceutical company, sought to establish themselves as an industry-leading global regulatory affairs organization through a change management program called “Aspire: Regulatory Excellence.” To do so effectively, they required a powerful and encompassing visual brand to ensure that the Aspire campaign effectively informed and inspired colleagues through an important culture shift.

Response: 

We worked extensively with Abbott in the visual branding of the Aspire campaign in order to inform and inspire Abbott colleagues. Beginning with mood boards to define a visual identity for the campaign, we established the look and feel of the program and applied these visual elements across a broad range of marketing materials including posters, banner stands, elevator skins, pens, paperweights, trophies, reward cards, and a digital portlet.
