Retail Leadership Conference

Challenge: 

Each year CVS Health brings together more than 2,000 of their senior executives, top-level pharmacists, and district and store managers from across the United States for a four-day Retail Leadership Conference. The conference serves as an important forum for the company’s leadership to review the past year, celebrate achievements, recognize exemplary employees with Paragon Awards, identify areas of opportunity, and communicate new initiatives for attendees to share with their teams in the field.

To ensure optimal attendee engagement throughout the course of the conference, (add)ventures partners with CVS Health to produce an exciting experience supported by dynamic presentations and materials.

Response: 

For more than 10 years, we have collaborated with CVS Health to develop:

  • Overall look and theme of the conference
  • Logo and brand design
  • Concept and designing conference centers with large-scale banners and environmental graphics
  • Building interactive kiosks
  • Filming and producing employee spotlight videos
  • Documenting each day’s events through video, photos and written articles

An important new feature is an in-depth conference blog, allowing CVS Health employees both at the conference and off-site to stay informed with news updates, read speaker and Paragon Award winner profiles, watch videos, and remain engaged long after the conference is over.
