Retail Environment Branding

Challenge: 

Protech’s offerings are focused on educating consumers about car care in a comfortable, clean, family-friendly environment. As a new concept in automotive services, Protech needed to build its unique brand identity from the ground up – literally and figuratively. To create this brand experience, Protech enlisted the help of (add)ventures’ strategic and creative services to develop a brand identity that infused the company’s value proposition into every aspect of the customer experience before its first location in Johnston, Rhode Island opened its doors. 

Response: 

(add)ventures guided Protech through our Inside-Out® Branding process, developing the company’s mission, vision and values, as well as type treatment, logo and brand colors. We then translated this visual identity into the physical features of the building, from the walls, to the employee uniforms, to the layout of the customer lounge and reception area and the selection of signage and graphics.
