CVS Caremark, the nation’s largest retail pharmacy, is also the largest employer of licensed pharmacists. Recruiting and retaining talented, qualified pharmacists with a passion for community pharmacy is a sizeable undertaking and involves many professionals in diverse positions within the organization. This diversification lead to challenges in message and brand consistency throughout the recruitment process.
In an effort to provide consistent and creative recruitment information to the user groups, (add)ventures developed RxFactors. RxFactors is an interactive software application that provides relevant and dynamic content regarding the many career opportunities in retail pharmacy with CVS Caremark. RxFactors provides a common platform and ensures key message and brand consistency promotion to all target audiences including pharmacy students and licensed pharmacists.
RxFactors has two distinct scenarios of use: first, as an informative tool for colleagues to “brush up” on the most effective messaging that is being used to communicate pharmacist job offerings, and second, as a presentation tool to be used during meetings with candidates.
RxFactors is installed on the laptops of users and does not require an internet connection. Users can access the information from anywhere, anytime while keeping proprietary information secure.
RxFactors received the honor of ‘Best in Class’ in three categories—healthcare, employment and recruitment— of the 2009 Interactive Media Awards (IMA). The award-winning application is a dynamic resource for recruitment information that consistently infuses messaging for brand and pharmacist recruitment, and promotes CVS Caremark as the employer of choice.
