To engage and entice students to use Best Fit CMS, Johnson & Wales University’s online career management system, the university sought expertise on how best to get students to use the system. A key component of any communication was the need to inform students on how easy it was to use the system.
(add)ventures created a series of marketing tools to inform, engage and educate students and faculty about Best Fit CMS. (add)ventures produced a multimedia CD containing a motivational video and an animated lesson on how to best use the Best Fit CMS Web site. The video featured a unique song that (add)ventures scripted and recorded to create a fun and engaging tone for the users.
To compliment the video, students were handed a plastic 'credit card' that they could keep in their wallets, with information on how to access the site. (add)ventures also created eye-catching, poster-sized calendars, which were posted throughout the campus.
