Through its market research efforts, Marriott International learned that customers want a consistent Web site experience. To meet this need, Marriott wanted Web modules that enabled each hotel property to market various hotel services in their own unique way. A consistent look and feel was developed to promote the Marriott family of brands while allowing the hotels to express their personality.
(add)ventures designed and developed a series of Web modules that promoted three critical hotel services and offerings, including meeting facilities, restaurants and weddings.
Web site modules were created for the The View restaurant located at the Marriott Marquis in NYC, 606 Congress, a restaurant at the Renaissance Boston Waterfront, and a weddings module for Renaissance Boston Waterfront.
Overall, the Web modules provide a greater depth of information and a more experiential introduction to the broad service offerings and amenities at each property.
