Challenge

As a new hotel property is either opened or renovated, there is a need to develop the various connection points in a way that reflects the unique personality of the property. From initial arrival to check out, each guest connection point should reflect the experience of the brand and the property. The hotel materials, such as the key pack upon arrival, the in-room menus and unique amenities need to express the brand and the hotels unique story to enhance the journey the guest experiences during their stay or meeting.

Response

As part of creating an inspiring stay and experience for the Renaissance Providence Hotel, (add)ventures developed a series of imaginative and engaging connection points that help shape the personal journey of each guest. With the opening of the Renaissance Providence Hotel, (add)ventures integrated these brand elements into hotel operations, employee training, and all guest connection points, such as key packs upon check-in, guest folios, do-not-disturb signs, in-room menus, feedback forms and letterhead. Each of these items were created and printed to blend the infusion of the arts, the graffiti-inspired accents found throughout the hotel and the opulent decor.

(add)ventures applied the same treatment to the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel. For this hotel, we utilized a water-inspired design that included unique textures and architectural details from the property.
