National Urban League Conference
CVS Caremark’s Strategic Diversity Management team sought to make a splash at the National Urban League Conference, positioning all CVS business units – CVS Caremark, MinuteClinic, and CVS/pharmacy - as vital partners of the community and leaders in the diversity initiative space, while also reinforcing their core brand identity as a health care innovation company.
(add)ventures developed and implemented a trade show experience and post-experience that synchronized with the National Urban League Conference and the overall positioning for the CVS Caremark diversity team. We developed the theme, “CVS Caremark – Together, building healthier communities,” and integrated it onto the visuals, booth graphics, trade show booth installation, marketing materials, print ads, landing page and video to showcase the diversity and workplace opportunities available at CVS Caremark. To further enforce the CVS Caremark message of putting people on a path to better health, we coordinated a book signing with The Fat Smash Diet author and celebrity doctor Ian Smith, as well as a promotion for a free mini makeover and promotions through the onsite ExtraCare coupon center.
