Timberland engaged (add)ventures to create a short form video that tells their SensorFlex™ story – an innovative technology that provides wearers with the ultimate comfort and support – to help round out their global asset package.
(add)ventures concepted and executed a 60-second video featuring a millennial man in Timberland’s Bradstreet Chukka boot performing a running backflip off of a wall in slow motion, allowing sufficient time to demonstrate the three technological proof points. To achieve the desired effect, (add)ventures shot both in studio and on location using a Phantom Flex high-speed camera. In post, we combined the footage with 3D animation to reflect the passage of time across multiple terrains. Timberland’s feedback: “Fantastic work on the SensorFlex video – absolutely nailed the brief with a level of creativity and energy we could not have imagined.”
