A Home Run for Prostate Cancer

Sometimes life throws us curveballs. So, when the Prostate Cancer Foundation wanted to raise awareness, we hit it out of the park with a public service announcement featuring Hall of Famer, Joe Torre.

As the world’s leading philanthropic organization funding and accelerating prostate cancer research, the Prostate Cancer Foundation needed a compelling way to highlight their partnership with Major League Baseball and generate excitement and support during their annual Home Run Challenge.

We collaborated with the Prostate Cancer Foundation to develop a public service announcement (PSA) featuring Hall of Famer and prostate cancer survivor Joe Torre.  The PSA offered a strong call to action and encouraged viewers to donate to the Home Run Challenge to support research and help find a cure for prostate cancer.

In addition to playing on the jumbotron at Major League Baseball games during the week leading up to Father’s Day, the PSA was also featured on a video billboard in Times Square. Overall, more than $1.7 million was raised by fans.
