With Americans being suddenly asked by government officials to stay home as much as possible during the COVID-19 outbreak, CVS Health wanted to make it as easy and safe as possible for people to still get their medications. CVS quickly waived charges for 1- or 2-day home delivery of medications, so patients wouldn’t have to visit their local CVS Pharmacy® in person for refills or new prescriptions. To get the word out as quickly as possible, CVS Health needed support in developing a multi-media campaign.
We worked fast to create a robust paid and owned media campaign to raise awareness about the free delivery of prescriptions and other essential front store items during this time of need. The campaign included a landing page, email, digital ads, display banners, social media, in-store radio and a :15 national broadcast spot to promote the importance of social distancing.
