Sharing design knowledge with the next generation

A look into our recent visit at the East Providence Career & Tech Center to share design knowledge with students.

Education is one of the four core areas of our (add)love corporate giving program, and there is nothing we love more than venturing out into the community to share our knowledge with students of all ages.

On March 27, one of our talented design directors headed to the East Providence Career and Technical Center to share a presentation with a graphic communications class. The class, composed of junior and senior students, learned the ins and outs of our approach to design and how we partner with our clients to bring their brand stories to life.

“It was great to represent (add)ventures and explore our new neighborhood, while visiting the graphic design students at EPCT,” said Senior Director of Design and Branding Kim Ambler. “It’s amazing that they have created a 4-year graphic design program over there. What an advantage the students will have as they graduate.”

Reaching and influencing the future generation of creatives is rewarding for our (add)venturists. By sharing experiences with students, we are able to help shape the future of our industry.
