Influencers gonna influence
From likes to loyalty to sales—turning social connections into brand devotion isn’t just a goal, it’s an art. And in today’s fast-paced digital world, making a lasting impact takes more than just showing up—it takes strategy + creativity and a willingness to push boundaries a little. Lucky for us, we love a good #challenge. Oster came to us ready to turn up the heat on their brand presence, craving a social strategy that would not only boost impressions but build an engaged community across five countries. Their goal? Drive more traffic to their website and store aisles. Our approach? A dynamic influencer program designed to make Oster the talk of the timeline, sparking awareness, engagement and real results.

Discovering authentic voices

Ensuring the brand’s influencers meshed perfectly with cultural nuances was crucial, so when Oster embarked on a quest to find a genuine personality, we tapped into the dynamic world of influencer marketing.

Launching our influencer strategy

Our journey into influencer partnerships began in the Dominican Republic, where onboarding our first influencer sparked an idea: an innovative program built on meticulous research, strategic selection and thorough brand training. This foundation aimed to authentically elevate our clients’ presence through the vibrant voices of curated influencers. Today, we’re thrilled to celebrate collaborations with 16 influencers across five Latin American countries. Our program is tailored to ensure these ambassadors resonate with the Oster brand ethos, particularly in the arenas of lifestyle, food, health and fitness, all through their own genuine voices.

Building genuine advocacy

What truly distinguishes our influencer program is our dedication to cultivating passionate advocates for Oster. We ensure each influencer not only embodies the brand’s values but also deeply understands them. Through comprehensive brand training, they immerse themselves in Oster’s identity, enabling them to share authentic recipes and stories infused with local cultural nuances. This investment empowers their voice, allowing them to build genuine emotional connections with their audiences. They create content that resonates with Oster’s vibe, but with a unique local twist for each country, making it truly relatable.

Our four-pillar approach

1. Deep dive discovery: We meticulously research and identify influencers whose audience and personal style align perfectly with each brand and target market.

2. Win-win collaborations: We handle all negotiations, contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial and rewarding partnerships for everyone involved.

3. Empowering authentic expression: Our training sessions are designed to immerse influencers in the brand’s core values, while also encouraging them to express their own unique voice and creativity.

4. Data-driven content creation: We collaborate with influencers to develop compelling content and continuously track performance metrics to optimize reach and impact.

Measuring success

Through strategic influencer partnerships, we’ve not only amplified Oster’s brand visibility across Latin America but also fostered genuine connections and trust with key demographics. The vibrant, culturally resonant content created has revitalized their marketing strategy and built a thriving brand community. As we continue to harness the power of influencer marketing, Oster’s brand story is being told in fresh and exciting ways across Latin America. Our journey with Oster showcases the transformative potential of influencer marketing done right.
